Soft and tender Mascarpone cheese is good in itself, and in combination with fruits and berries it creates an extraordinary palette of flavors. Its pronounced creamy notes and creamy texture are ideal for preparing all kinds of desserts.
Perhaps the most popular dessert with Mascarpone cheese is Tiramisu. The classic recipe contains raw eggs, but you can do without them, especially if you are wary of them. You will need:
- 250 g of Mascarpone cheese;
- 250 ml of cream with a fat content of 33-35%;
- 10 g vanilla sugar;
- 400 ml of coffee;
- 6 tbsp. icing sugar;
- 4 tablespoons liqueur "Amaretto";
- 250 g of Savoyardi cookies;

Brew a strong, sweet coffee. Determine the amount of sugar to your taste. Coffee can be ground or instant - it depends on your desire.

Spread some of the cream over the top, then repeat the layers of cookies and cream. Sprinkle Tiramisu with cocoa using a fine strainer and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
An excellent summer dessert can be made with Mascarpone cheese and fresh berries such as cherries. You will need the following products:
- 250 g of Mascarpone cheese;
- 10 quail eggs;
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar;
- 2 glasses of cherries;
- 1 tbsp. starch;
- 1 tbsp. rum;
- 2 tbsp. Sahara
- 70 g of dark chocolate.
Rinse the berries and remove the seeds from them. Place the cherries in a saucepan, sprinkle with sugar and heat over low heat, stirring constantly, so that the juice stands out and the sugar dissolves. Add rum, sweat the berries for 2-3 minutes, add the starch and cool the mixture.
Next, go for the cream. Divide eggs into whites and yolks, beat whites with powdered sugar until stable peaks. Mash the Mascarpone cheese with the yolks, mix well and gently add the protein mass.
Grate the bitter chocolate on a fine grater. Set aside a small part for the sprinkling and add the rest to the cream. Put the cream on the bottom of the portion molds, top with the cherry sauce, then 1 more layer of cream. Sprinkle the dessert with grated dark chocolate and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
A simple and quick dessert made with Mascarpone cheese, cream and bananas. This will require:
- 250 g of Mascarpone cheese;
- 2-3 bananas;
- 150 ml of cream with a fat content of 33-35%;
- cocoa.
