If you follow your figure, but from time to time like to pamper yourself with all kinds of desserts, then pay attention to desserts, the main components of which are low-fat cottage cheese and gelatin.
Curd dessert with gelatin
You will need:
- 250 grams of low-fat cottage cheese;
- 200 grams of low-fat sour cream;
- 12 grams of gelatin;
- two peaches;
- 50 grams of sugar (can be replaced with stevia).
Pour 30 ml of water over the gelatin and dissolve it in a water bath.
Mix cottage cheese with sour cream and sugar, gently beat everything with a mixer until smooth. Pour gelatin into the resulting mixture and mix everything again.
Rinse peaches, remove seeds and cut into slices. Transfer the fruit to the curd mass and stir.
Pour the mixture into a silicone mold and refrigerate for a couple of hours to harden. Dessert is ready, you can serve it with a milkshake or compote.
Diet Curd Chocolate Jelly
You will need:
- 250 grams of low fat cottage cheese;
- 100 ml of milk;
- two to three tablespoons of cocoa;
- two tablespoons of honey;
- 20 grams of gelatin;
- a glass of cold water.
Pour gelatin with cold water and leave for 30-40 minutes to swell.
Over time, pour milk into the gelatinous mass, add cocoa and honey, mix everything thoroughly. Heat the mass to 70-80 degrees and whisk.
Wipe the cottage cheese through a metal sieve and add it to the cooled gelatin mixture, mix everything.
Pour the mixture into a silicone container and refrigerate for two hours. The curd dessert is ready.
