Puree soups have been popular for a long time. They are aromatic and delicate. You can add meat, mushrooms, cheese and any vegetables to them. One of the simpler recipes is soup with potatoes and sour cream.

- - 1 carrot;
- - 3 eggs;

This recipe does not require expensive ingredients and a lot of time to make soup. The only condition is to choose potatoes that boil well. If it was not possible to find it, the vegetable can be poured a little without getting out of the broth.

First, the broth is prepared: meat, whole carrots and onions are placed in a saucepan with cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then boil over low, constantly removing the foam. When the broth is cooked, vegetables and meat are taken out. Carrots are cut into strips, the onion is thrown away.

Potatoes are cut into small cubes and poured into broth, salted, boiled until tender, so that it becomes soft. To make the soup tender and homogeneous, the vegetable can be crushed with a crush. Then put the chopped carrots and prepare the dressing. To do this, mix sour cream and flour in a deep bowl, add chopped dill to them.

The dressing is carefully placed in the broth and mixed well. To completely dissolve the sour cream and flour, the soup is boiled for another 10 minutes over low heat. At this time, the eggs are cut into small pieces. When the puree soup is ready, turn off the fire and pour the eggs into the pan, put the meat from the broth. If desired, sour cream can be replaced with cream, at the end of cooking add seasonings and spices for the first courses, and dill can be replaced with other herbs.
