It is necessary
- - eggs - 6 pcs;
- - sugar - 6 tablespoons;
- - cocoa - 3 tablespoons;
- - soda - 1/2 teaspoon.
- Filling:
- - milk - 200 g;
- - flour - 2 tablespoons;
- - butter - 250 g;
- - eggs - 1 pc;
- - cocoa - 2 tablespoons;
- - icing sugar - 4 tablespoons;
- - vanilla sugar - 8 g;
- - bananas - 2 pcs.
Instructions
Step 1
While breaking the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks and place them in different dishes. Combine the yolks with granulated sugar and beat thoroughly for 10 minutes. Then add soda and cocoa powder to the resulting mass, as well as whites whipped until firm foam. After stirring the mixture until smooth, get a dough.
Step 2
Place the dough on a baking sheet, just grease it with oil and cover with baking paper, that is, parchment. Place in a hot oven and bake for 7-10 minutes. When the cake is ready, place it on a towel, previously soaked in water, and wrap it up like a roll.
Step 3
Mix flour and milk together. Pour this mixture into a saucepan and put on low heat. Cook it until it becomes thick. Once this happens, add one chicken egg to it. Stir properly and let cool. Then add the melted butter there and mix the mass again.
Step 4
Divide the dairy mass into 2 unequal parts with a ratio of 60:40. Add vanilla sugar to the smaller one, and cocoa powder to the second. Thus, you get two creams at once - chocolate and vanilla.
Step 5
Unroll the cooled crust and apply vanilla cream and 1/2 part chocolate cream on top. Then place peeled bananas on this mass, by all means along. Roll up again in the shape of a roll.
Step 6
Decorate the future dessert with the remaining chocolate cream. Also sprinkle it with cocoa powder on top. In this form, keep the dish in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Chocolate banana roll is ready!
