Bananas are a source of calcium and vitamins. They're also great to cheer you up, as proven by scientific research. Bananas go very well with milk, so they can be used to make a delicious shake.
It is necessary
- - 5 bananas;
- - 200 ml of milk;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of wedge syrup;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of cocoa powder;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of granulated sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the bananas, cut them into large pieces and put them in the freezer for an hour. Thanks to this, you do not have to dilute the cocktail with ice and spoil its taste.
Step 2
After the allotted time, put the frozen bananas in a blender, add cocoa, sugar, wedge syrup and milk to them. Whisk all ingredients on high speed until smooth.
Step 3
Pour the banana shake into tall glasses and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint. Serve while still cool.
