For lovers of dairy drinks, you can recommend different variations of the coffee-banana shake - from classic to alcoholic and with the addition of orange. The drink turns out to be high-calorie, it is well suited for breakfast.
Classic coffee and banana shake
We will need:
- 2 ripe bananas;
- 2 glasses of milk;
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- 2 (maybe a little more) teaspoons of instant coffee;
- spices for an amateur.
Peel the bananas, cut into small pieces, put in a blender, add milk next, beat until smooth at high speed. Add coffee, sugar, whisk the mixture again. You can add various spices to your taste: nutmeg, cinnamon, chili. Pour the finished drink into tall glasses, put in the refrigerator for ten minutes.
Alcoholic coffee banana shake
We will need:
- 1 glass of coffee (strong);
- 1 glass of cream;
- 1 banana;
- 30 ml of cognac;
- 1 teaspoon of coffee (instant).
First, brew strong coffee. Cool it, beat with a mixer, pouring in cognac with cream. Place food ice cubes in a wide cup, pour in the aromatic mixture. Peel the banana, cut into slices, dip one side in coffee dust, place in a cup - the coffee side should be on top. Cool the finished shake, garnish with coffee beans of your choice.
Orange Coffee Banana Shake
We will need:
- 1 banana;
- 1 glass of banana-orange nectar;
- 3 teaspoons of coffee;
- a glass of milk.
Pour fruit nectar into ice cube trays, freeze. Heat milk, dissolve coffee in it, cool. Place the popsicles in a blender, pour in the coffee milk, beat with a mixer. The consistency of the mass will be similar to melted ice cream. Decorate the finished dessert with bananas.
