  • - Mozzarella cheese - 200 g;
  • - bell pepper - 1 pc;
  • - tomatoes - 1 pc;

  • - pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

After heating the milk to a temperature of 30 degrees, pour the yeast put in a separate bowl with it. Do not touch this mass for 15 minutes. After the time has elapsed, add granulated sugar, soft butter, chicken egg, salt and flour to the finished dough. After mixing the mixture until smooth, you will get a dough for the future cake. Leave it to rise, covered with a towel, in a warm place for about 2 hours.

It's time for the filling. To do this, chop one tomato in the form of rings. Do the same with ingredients such as bell peppers and cheese. Remove the excess from the fish fillet and cut it into strips, the thickness of which is approximately 2.5 centimeters.

Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the dough on it, rolling it out to a thickness of 6 millimeters.

Place the sliced fish on the rolled layer so that the length of the free edges is at least 3.5 centimeters. Season the fillets with salt and pepper, then wrap, covering with dough, from edge to center.

Divide the resulting roller with a knife into equal pieces, the width of which is 4 centimeters. Then unfold them so that the fish fillets are raised to the top.

Chop the rest of the fish into small pieces and place them in the free center of the future pie. Put the chopped bell pepper and tomato there. Season with salt and pepper, then cover with cheese. Decorate with herbs.

Step 7

Let the dish stand for half an hour, then send it to the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. After the time has passed, remove the baked goods, brush with a pre-beaten egg and cook for another quarter of an hour. Trout pie is ready!
