Lavash is a thin flat cake made from unleavened dough that came into Russian culinary tradition from Azerbaijani cuisine. Lavash is ideal for preparing snacks.

- - lightly salted trout or salmon (140 g);
- - “Philadelphia” cheese (30 g);

Instructions
Step 1
Make the filling. To do this, take the fish out of the packaging and cut into small cubes using a sharp knife. Remove the bones thoroughly with metal tweezers.
Step 2
Unfold the pita bread, take a fork and spread a thin layer of soft cheese on the pita bread. Then spread the sliced fish evenly. Rinse the cucumbers thoroughly and cut into small pieces. Place on a layer of fish. Sprinkle chopped dill on top.
Step 3
Pick up the pita bread from one end with your fingers and start rolling it into a roll. At the same time, hold tightly so that the filling does not fall out. Cut the resulting roll from the sides with a sharp knife. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate. Remove the pita roll from the refrigerator and cut into pieces.
