A simple and tasty roll with raspberry jam - a homemade classic!
It is necessary
- - 120 g flour;
- - 120 g of sugar;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 300 g of raspberry jam;
- - icing sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and line the baking sheet with baking paper.
Step 2
Sift the flour into a suitable bowl. Separately, using a mixer, beat the eggs with the addition of sugar into a fluffy, light and airy mass (this may take about 10 minutes). Add flour to the eggs, gently kneading with a spatula from the edges to the center, so that the biscuit is as airy and light as possible!
Step 3
Spread the dough on baking paper with a layer of 0.5 cm. Send it to the hot oven and bake for 15-17 minutes - the toothpick should come out dry! Roll the hot sponge cake together with paper and leave to cool for about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Unfold the biscuit, grease it with raspberry jam and roll again. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
