This roll is very easy to prepare. The biscuit rolls up just like lightning fast, the apple filling turns out to be very tender. You can serve the roll with any jam or even jelly - an excellent dessert is obtained.

It is necessary

  • - 7 apples;
  • - 4 eggs;
  • - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
  • - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
  • - baking powder;
  • - butter;
  • - icing sugar;
  • - baking paper.

Instructions

Step 1

Grease a baking sheet with butter, line with baking paper.

Step 2

Peel the apples, rub on a fine grater. Drain the resulting juice, we do not need it for the roll, otherwise the filling may leak.

Step 3

Spread the applesauce evenly on a baking sheet and press down.

Step 4

Separate the yolks from the proteins. Beat the yolks slightly, add sugar, beat with a mixer for another 3-4 minutes.

Step 5

Whisk the whites until soft peaks form.

Step 6

Add flour with baking powder into the yolks (it is enough to take half a teaspoon of it), mix gently. Add proteins, mix the dough again.

Step 7

Pour the dough on top of the apples, smooth out gently. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven.

Step 8

Take out the baking sheet, carefully pull out the treat along with the paper, and turn the filling up onto a clean towel. Remove the paper, use a towel to roll the roll. Cool it, sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
