Delicate pork with filling, baked in cheese, is a very satisfying dish. These rolls can be served to the festive table with stewed or baked vegetables. It can also be served as a completely independent dish.
It is necessary
- - 150 g butter;
- - 500 ml heavy cream;
- - 700 g of pork tenderloin;
- - 250 g of cheese;
- - 200 g of marinated or smoked brisket;
- - 5 g of black ground pepper;
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Take cheese and rub it on a fine grater. Cut the brisket into small long slices.
Step 2
Rinse pork thoroughly and dry. Cut the pork tenderloin with a sharp thin knife into long thin pieces. The thickness of each piece should not be more than 5-7 ml. Beat off the resulting pieces a little on both sides.
Step 3
On each piece of pork on one edge, put a little cheese, a piece of butter, pieces of breast and roll into a roll so that the filling is inside. Secure the edges with toothpicks.
Step 4
Put the resulting rolls on a baking sheet and cover with cream, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with leftover cheese on top. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Then gently turn over and bake again for 30 minutes. Serve the rolls whole or cut into neat pieces. The creamy sauce can be served as a gravy.
