A simple but delicious dessert for tea is very easy to prepare - in just twenty minutes! Serve a roll with yoghurt and raspberry filling for tea, everyone will be satisfied.
It is necessary
- For five servings:
- - natural yogurt - 250 g;
- - raspberries - 130 g;
- - sugar - 60 g;
- - four eggs;
- - wheat flour - 60 g;
- - one lemon;
- - vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Separate the yolks from the proteins. Whisk the egg whites and salt in a small bowl for a strong foam. Beat the egg yolks, sugar and vanilla separately, add flour. Then enter the whites into the yolk mass.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Step 3
Transfer the dough to a baking sheet in an even layer. Bake 10 minutes until tender.
Step 4
Soak the gelatin sheets in water for a couple of minutes. Add lemon juice, bring to a boil. Cool slightly, add yogurt, sugar.
Step 5
Put a wet towel on the table, then dry on it, and on top of the cake. Remove paper, spread with yoghurt mixture, lay out fresh raspberries. Wrap, helping with a towel. Wrap in a dry towel, refrigerate for two hours.
Step 6
Before serving, cut the finished roll with yoghurt and raspberry filling into pieces.
