  • - cream - 1 glass;
  • - almonds or pistachios - 50g;
  • - vanillin - ¼ pack.

Step 1

Break the eggs into a bowl and grind with 200 grams of powdered sugar and a pinch of vanillin. The mass should be smooth, uniform in color and consistency. Pour flour into it and mix thoroughly. Then gradually pour in milk, stirring the dough with a spoon. It should have a creamy, flowing consistency.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Lubricate the baking sheet with butter. Scoop up 1 tablespoon of dough, pour pancakes on a baking sheet and smooth them with a spatula - you should get relatively even circles. The thinner they are, the easier it will be to roll the tubes later. We bake in a preheated oven for 5-10 minutes - until the edges of the pancakes are browned.
