Now, more and more often, confectioners prefer whipped cream due to their lightness, delicate taste and lower calorie content. Making desserts with whipped cream at home or decorating baked goods with them is easy with just a few little tricks.

Instructions
Step 1
Suitable for whipping is cow's cream of at least 20% fat. Low fat cream may simply not whip. To whip the cream, use a mixer or blender with one or two frame beaters. You can also use a hand mixer.
Step 2
Chill the cream in the refrigerator before whipping.
Begin whipping the cream at the slowest speed. Increase the whipping speed gradually.
Step 3
If the recipe requires adding sugar to the whipped cream, add it gradually in small portions during the whipping process. Better yet, use powdered sugar instead of sugar. It does not weigh down the whipped cream and dissolves more easily.
As soon as the cream is whipped into a strong foam and retains its shape on the whisk, the whipping should be stopped.
Step 4
When you finish whipping, place the cream in a piping bag and use to decorate cakes or make desserts. Correctly whipped cream retains its shape for a long time and does not settle.
