In the summer, you want sweets to be especially beneficial, so caring housewives diligently vitaminize all the treats. An incredibly simple and delicious dish can be a strawberry dessert with whipped cream.

There are many delicious recipes using strawberries and dairy products. One of the most exquisite and airy is the strawberry-creamy mousse. To prepare it, you need to grind a couple of glasses of washed strawberries without stalks together with 300 g of sugar in a blender (or on a small-sized food processor).
Separately beat 3 cups heavy cream until firm. And in one more separate container, beat the whites of three chicken eggs with three hundred grams of sugar. After that, first mix the cream and strawberries, and then add the proteins to them. Arrange the resulting pinkish and fragrant mousse in the bowls and send to the refrigerator before serving.
For lovers of sweeter and high-calorie desserts, there is an option with the addition of condensed milk and bananas. For such a treat, it is necessary to make banana-strawberry puree in a blender (amount "by eye"). And separately beat 2 cups of cream with half a can of boiled condensed milk. The longer it is whisking, the easier the dessert will be. After that, it remains only in cups or glasses to lay out the mashed potatoes and cream in layers, starting with the cream. Top with syrup, sprinkle with vanilla powder, or pour in a few drops of cherry liqueur.
The traditional Spanish dessert is more difficult to prepare. For him you need:

- 150 ml of cream with a fat content of over 25%;
- 4 tbsp. tablespoons of white sugar;
- 4 plates of gelatin.
Gelatin is soaked in cold water for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, the washed and dried strawberries without twigs are sent to a blender. Then add the soaked gelatin to boiling water (about 4 tablespoons in volume). Stir until completely dissolved, and then pour the mixture into the grated strawberries.
