The jelly-fruit dessert turns out to be very delicate and light, it perfectly refreshes on a hot day, has a pleasant fruity aroma. This dessert will appeal to all lovers of fruit in jelly. To prepare a treat, you need to take two forms with a volume of 200 ml.
It is necessary
- - 1 bag of peach flavored jelly;
- - a can of canned peaches in syrup;
- - a bag of whipping cream;
- - 150 ml of chilled milk;
- - a few pieces of canned pineapple;
- - ground pistachios.
Instructions
Step 1
Line the molds with cling film, put them in the freezer.
Step 2
Remove the peaches from the syrup and cut into wedges.
Step 3
Top up the peach syrup with water to a volume of 250 ml, place on the stove, heat, but do not boil.

Remove the syrup from the stove, add the jelly, stir until it dissolves.

Pour some jelly on the bottom of each mold, put it in the freezer.

When the jelly has set, place a layer of peaches on top of it and put it back in the freezer.

Then lay out the next layer of pineapple and peaches, add jelly to the very top. Put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or in the freezer for 40 minutes.
