It is necessary

  • - 1 glass of flour;
  • - 250 g mayonnaise;
  • - 1 glass of sour cream;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vinegar;
  • - 150-200 g of cheese;
  • - greens (to taste).
  • For filling:
  • - onion, cabbage, spices.

Instructions

Step 1

Dough: beat eggs, add mayonnaise, sour cream and mix thoroughly. Then add baking soda and extinguish with vinegar. Next, you need to gradually add flour and stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained so that there are no lumps.

Step 2

Cabbage filling: fry one finely chopped onion in sunflower oil until golden brown and add finely chopped cabbage to the pan. Add, based on your own preference, salt, pepper, herbs. Fry everything and let cool.

Step 3

Pour half of the dough into the pan and put the filling on top. Top with the remaining dough and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
