For filling:
Cook rice until tender. It is important that it does not boil over.

Add cooked rice, finely chopped onion to a cup with sardines, salt and pepper to taste. I also add fresh herbs, if any. The filling is ready! Be sure to taste it.

We take a deep bowl, put kefir, mayonnaise, eggs, soda there. Beat everything with a mixer, add flour, it is important not to overdo it with flour, the dough should be like sour cream in consistency. If you put a lot of flour, the dough will be dry and bland.
Step 5
Lubricate the mold with high sides with oil, pour a little dough on the bottom, then lay out the resulting filling, and fill it with the remaining dough. We put in a preheated oven. The pie is baked for a very short time, 15-20 minutes is enough until cooked.
