  • - Bay leaf;
  • - iodized salt, pepper (peas).

Step 1

Whisk only 200 grams of butter, add mustard, parsley and mix well until smooth.

Step 2

Cut the beef liver into medium cubes and fry in vegetable oil until golden crust begins to appear, add iodized salt, pepper (peas) and bay leaf. When the liver is done, refrigerate it.
