Berry tarts are shortbread cakes with delicate berry cream. Tarts look good on the table and amaze with their taste.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- -1, 5 Art. flour
- -150 g butter
- -100 g sugar
- -3 tbsp. l. almond flour
- -1 egg
- -1 pinch of salt
- -vegetable oil
- For the cream:
- -100 g blueberries
- -100 g raspberries
- -100 g strawberries
- -100 g of blackberries (berries, if desired, can be replaced with any others)
- -150 g mascarpone cheese
- -150 ml cream (15%)
- -4 tbsp. l. Sahara
- -1 tsp gelatin
- -1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
Step 1
Break the eggs into meat, add sugar, beat everything thoroughly with a whisk. Mix the two flours together. Soften the butter at room temperature.
Step 2
Cut the soft butter into pieces, place in a blender, beat until smooth and fluffy. Place the butter in the egg mixture, then gradually add the flour while kneading the tart dough. Put the dough in a bowl, cover with cling film and refrigerate for half an hour.
Step 3
Prepare baking dishes for tart, grease them with butter. Put a little dough in each mold, smooth it in shape, making small sides. Heat the oven to 180-200 degrees.
Step 4
Place the baking tins in a hot oven for 15 minutes. While the dough is baking, make the tart cream. Pour gelatin into a small container, fill it with cold water for 10 minutes, then put on fire and melt.
Step 5
Heat the cream, dissolve the sugar in it, pour in the gelatin, stir. Beat the mascarpone cheese separately until a fluffy white mass, combine with the creamy mixture, lemon juice, mix everything thoroughly.
Step 6
Sort the berries, rinse, and then dry, cut large berries. Put a small amount of cream in the finished dough, on top - berries. Put the finished berry tarts in the cold for 30 minutes.
Step 7
The tart with berries are ready, put them on a teralka, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
