It is necessary

  • - 0.5 cups of flour;
  • - 100 g of dark chocolate;
  • - 80 g of butter;
  • - 1 egg yolk;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of heavy cream;
  • - 0, 5 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
  • - a pinch of salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Sift flour into a deep bowl, add sugar and salt to it. Add diced butter (50 grams), chop with a knife or rub with your hands until crumbled. Add the egg yolk and knead to a soft and elastic dough that should not stick to your hands. If necessary, pour in a little water (no more than 2 tablespoons). Cover the finished dough with cling film, put in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Step 2

Lubricate the muffin tins with butter. Divide the dough into equal pieces, roll out and distribute evenly over the shape. To prevent the dough for mini-tarts from swelling during baking, you can chop it with a fork or fill it with a load in the form of peas or beans.

Step 3

Send the molds with the dough for half an hour to the oven, heated to 200 degrees. While the dough is baking, you can make the chocolate filling.

Step 4

Grind dark chocolate, melt in the microwave or water bath. Add 30 grams of butter, pour in heavy cream, stir well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Step 5

Cool the finished sand baskets by taking them out of the refrigerator, then remove the baskets themselves from the molds, fill them with chocolate and put them in the refrigerator until the filling hardens. Serve the mini chocolate tarts chilled for easy eating or the chocolate will flow.
