Make yeast dough. In a large saucepan, stir warm milk with a packet of dry yeast and a tablespoon of flour. When the dough starts to bubble, add sugar, salt, melted butter or margarine and flour. Flour must be of the highest grade. Remember to sift the flour through a sieve. This will make the dough more fluffy and tender.
Step 3
Knead the dough. You need to knead it until it begins to lag behind the walls of the pan. It should be smooth and elastic. Place the pot in a warm place to rise. When the dough rises, knead it with a spoon. After the second rise, the dough is ready for sculpting.

Sprinkle some flour on a clean table and transfer the dough. Divide it in two. One part must be larger than the other. Roll most of it with a rolling pin into the shape of a baking sheet. Transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet so that the dough covers both the bottom and sides.
