It is necessary

Step 1
First you need to cook minced meat from elk, add chopped mushrooms and other products to it. To do this, wash the chanterelles or small boletus. Wash a piece of elk, blot well with napkins to remove moisture. This is very important, otherwise, when adding mushrooms, the cutlet mince will turn out to be liquid. Cut films and veins from elk, peel the onion. Soak a piece of loaf in milk.
Step 2
Then pass the elk meat through a meat grinder along with the onions and mushrooms, add the soaked loaf, raw egg and mix the minced meat for the cutlets. Season with salt to taste and stir again.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, shape into small patties, roll in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides over low heat until tender. Place the mushroom cutlets with elk meat on plates, serve with a side dish of fresh vegetables. Also very tasty elk and mushrooms are combined with fried potatoes.
