Step 1
Break the eggs, add flour and knead the hard dough. Cover with a towel and put in a warm place for half an hour. Then we divide the dough into 6 parts. Roll each part thinly.
Step 2
The resulting layers are stacked on top of each other, sprinkle each layer with flour. Cut the dough into long strips 4-6 mm wide.
Step 3
Boil water in a saucepan, salt, add vegetable oil. Boil the linguine for 10 minutes. We put it in a colander.
Step 4
Cut the ham into strips, rub the cheese. Drain the butter over low heat, pour in the cream, stir. Add ham and grated cheese. Season with nutmeg and salt. Stir the sauce and cook for 8-10 minutes.
