In fact, pizza is a national Italian dish, which is a thin round cake of text topped with tomatoes and cheese. Homemade pizzas, which, perhaps, only inherited the dough, cheese and name from their prototype, sometimes look completely different. That does not prevent them, however, from being very tasty and easy to perform.

It is necessary

  • 1 small loaf;
  • 300 g sausage or ham;
  • 2-3 tomatoes;
  • 200 g of cheese;
  • ketchup;
  • mayonnaise;
  • mustard;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Two pizzas from one loaf

Cut a small loaf in half lengthwise. Remove crumb from both halves to create two “reservoirs” for the filling. Spread both halves inside with a mixture of ketchup and mayonnaise. Cut the sausage, tomatoes and pickled cucumbers as small as possible and place on the halves of the loaf.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, sprinkle the pizzas on top. Do not put too much cheese - it will melt in the oven, it may spread and burn.

Place the pizzas on a baking sheet and place them in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 10-15 minutes.

Cut a small loaf lengthwise, but so that the upper part is smaller than the lower one. Remove the bulk of the crumb from the bottom. Spread it with a mixture of ketchup and mayonnaise.

Put finely chopped sausage, tomatoes, pickled cucumbers in the lower part. Thoroughly mix the ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard, top the pizza with this sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Cover the top with the second half of the loaf and place in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
