Despite the sophistication of the taste, this treat is prepared quite simply and does not require special culinary skills.

- For the chocolate cake:
- - Kefir - 200 ml;
- - Granulated sugar - 180 g;
- - Flour - 130 g;
- - Chicken egg - 1 pc.;
- - Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - Deodorized sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - Baking dough - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - Baking dish.
- For the chocolate sauce:
- - Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - Sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - Butter - 50 g.
Instructions
Step 1
First, mix the liquid and free-flowing ingredients in two different bowls. Break a chicken egg into the first bowl and stir with a fork or whisk. Add kefir and sunflower oil.

In another bowl, place the flour combined with baking powder, cocoa powder and sugar. Stir and in portions begin to introduce this mixture to the beaten egg with kefir and butter. You can use the mixer at its lowest speed, or use a spoon, whisk, or spatula. Whichever is more convenient for you. In this case, it does not really matter, because the muffin dough is not capricious at all.
Step 3
Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 180 degrees. Grease a baking dish with any oil and pour the dough into it. When the oven is preheated, place the food in and bake for 40 minutes. At the very end, check the readiness of the cake with a toothpick or match. Pierce pastries. If dry, you can take it out.
Step 4
Do not take the cake out of the mold in the heat of the heat, let it cool right in it. In the meantime, prepare some chocolate sauce for him. Combine the cocoa powder, sour cream and butter in a saucepan. Place on the stove and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring all the time. As soon as it boils, remove the saucepan from the stove and cool the sauce.
