Chocolate biscuits are very popular with sweets. Here is a simple and unpretentious recipe for its preparation. Such cookies have an attractive appearance, mouth-watering aroma, and despite their simplicity, they turn out to be very tasty and sweet.
It is necessary
- - 1 glass of flour
- - 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- - 1 teaspoon baking powder
- - 1/4 teaspoon salt
- - 3/4 cup sugar
- - 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- - 2 large eggs
- - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar

Step 1
First, take a large bowl and whisk the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt thoroughly with a whisk.

In another bowl, combine the following ingredients: granulated sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Then mix both mixtures and stir until smooth.

Place the dough in the refrigerator to cool for at least 4 hours, preferably until the next day. Then remove the dough and shape into small balls 2.5 cm in diameter.

Dip them in powdered sugar and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, 2-4 cm apart. To make the cookies slightly flat, flatten the balls slightly. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.

Readiness can be checked by pressing with your finger. It should be slightly soft. When the cookies have cooled, they will become harder. After baking, let cool slightly and serve. Such original chocolate cookies will serve as a wonderful dessert for evening tea.
