- - egg 1 pc.
- - sugar 250 g
- - butter 200 g
- - chocolate 1 bar
- - soda 1 tsp.
- - salt
- - icing sugar (for decoration)
Instructions
Step 1
Pour sugar into a deep cup and break an egg. Mix everything. Then add butter (it should be soft), knead and beat with a mixer until smooth. Add a teaspoon of quicklime baking soda and a pinch of salt. Add flour and mix thoroughly to make a thick, stretchy dough.
Step 2
Grate a bar of chocolate or chop finely with a knife. Add the resulting crumbs to the dough and mix.
Step 3
Gently place the dough on a baking sheet with a spoon, forming individual lumps at a distance of about 5 cm from each other. Grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil or use pastry paper.
Step 4
Place in a preheated oven. Bake at 180 degrees. Cooking time is about 15 minutes.
