A huge variety of cookies are sold on store shelves, but usually none of them compare to the one that is made at home. Therefore, if you have a small amount of free time, you must definitely bake something incredibly tasty for households, for example, chocolate cookies with snow-white cream.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 220 gr. butter;
- - 150 gr. Sahara;
- - a teaspoon of vanilla essence;
- - 200 gr. dark chocolate;
- - 1 large egg;
- - 210 gr. flour;
- - 90 gr. cocoa powder (sugar free);
- - a teaspoon of salt;
- - half a teaspoon of baking soda.
- For the cream:
- - 110 gr. butter;
- - 230 gr. icing sugar;
- - a teaspoon of vanilla essence;
- - 15 ml of milk;
- - a pinch of salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Melt the butter, let it cool slightly. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Step 2
Whisk sugar and butter in a bowl. Add vanilla essence and chocolate, mix well. Add the egg last and stir until smooth.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, cocoa and baking soda. Sift them into a bowl of cream, knead a homogeneous dough with a wooden spatula or spoon. Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
Step 4
Put the chilled dough on cling film, form a "sausage" with a diameter of 6 centimeters, put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 170C, cover 2 baking trays with baking paper.
Step 6
Cut the dough into slices 5-6 mm thick. Place cookies on baking sheets and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 7
While the finished cookies are cooling, prepare the cream. Beat room temperature butter with a mixer until creamy, add powdered sugar, pour in vanilla essence and beat again. Add milk and a pinch of salt, continue whisking until a beautiful and homogeneous cream is obtained.
Step 8
Combine 2 cookies each with white cream and serve.
