Delicious chocolate chip cookies with a soft creamy layer. It prepares quickly. The products are readily available.

- - 350 g butter;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 235 ml sour cream;
- - 225 ml of brewed hot coffee;
- - 25 ml of vanilla extract;
- - 950 g flour;
- - 240 g cocoa (powder);
- - 15 g of baking soda;
- - 16 g baking powder;
- - 235 ml of milk;
- - 155 g of icing sugar;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Sift flour, mix it with baking powder, add cocoa powder and soda.
Step 2
Soften half of the butter a little, put it in a small bowl, add sugar and beat with a mixer into a fluffy homogeneous mass. Without stopping whisking, gradually add eggs to this mass, one piece at a time.
Step 3
Then pour sour cream into the same mixture, add half of the vanilla extract and freshly brewed coffee and beat everything again with a mixer.
Step 4
After that, gradually add the mixture of flour and cocoa, stir until you end up with a homogeneous mass.
Step 5
Form small balls from this mass, not exceeding a chicken egg, and transfer them at a short distance from each other on a greased baking sheet.
Step 6
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 12 minutes at a temperature not exceeding 180 degrees.
Step 7
While the cookies are baking, warm the milk in a saucepan, gradually pour 140 g of flour into it and cook until the mixture becomes thick (about 3 minutes). Then turn off the heat and let the cream cool.
Step 8
Stir the rest of the butter with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, add a little salt. Put in a saucepan with a mixture of flour and milk and beat with a mixer.
Step 9
Allow the cooked liver to cool. Then fold the cookies in pairs, spreading butter cream as a layer.
