A rich, thick and warm chocolate sauce, served with desserts such as profiteroles, ice cream or pudding, can be easily prepared in your kitchen. It is enough to know at least one recipe for such a sauce based on chocolate or cocoa powder.

- For dark chocolate sauce:
- 170 g dark chocolate
- 115 ml water
- 30 g butter
- 6 tbsp cream
- 3 tbsp Sahara
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence.
- For thick chocolate sauce:
- 170 g dark chocolate
- 170 ml water
- 115 g icing sugar
- 55 g butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract.
- For cocoa chocolate sauce:
- 1, 5 glasses of milk,
- 30 g butter
- 4 tablespoons Sahara
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp cream
- 1, 5 tbsp. starch
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence.
- For plain chocolate sauce:
- 1 glass of water
- 100 g sugar
- 160 g glucose
- 75 g cocoa powder
- 55 g of chopped dark chocolate.
Instructions
Step 1
Dark Chocolate Sauce While stirring constantly, dissolve sugar in water over low heat and bring to a boil. Break the chocolate bar into small pieces and place in the water along with the sliced butter. Stir everything together until smooth and remove from heat. Add cream and vanilla essence to the resulting mass. Serve the chocolate sauce while it's hot.
Step 2
Thick Chocolate Sauce Break the chocolate bar into small pieces and chop the butter into small pieces as well. Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and over low heat, stirring constantly, bring the sauce until smooth. The sauce is ready.
Step 3
Cocoa Chocolate Sauce Mix and whisk together milk, sugar, cocoa powder and starch. Bring the resulting mixture to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove sauce from heat and add butter to it. Stir until the butter is melted. Finally add the cream, vanilla essence and mix well. The sauce is ready.
Step 4
Simple Chocolate Sauce Mix together sugar, water, glucose and cocoa powder. Put the resulting mixture over medium heat and stir constantly, not letting the sauce boil. Allow the sauce to thicken before serving.
