So, let's start making chocolate sauce for desserts and pancakes. The first step is to tackle the chocolate. It needs to be cut with a knife and poured into a prepared pan. Then add granulated sugar to it.

Add cream and water to the same saucepan and mix everything very thoroughly with a wooden spoon.
