Cupcake is a great addition to tea or coffee. It is also important that it can be baked very quickly.
In order to quickly bake a cake, you will need: 4 eggs, one and a half glasses of granulated sugar, 250 g of margarine, 2 glasses (regular, faceted) kefir, salt (on the tip of a knife), one teaspoon of baking soda, vanillin, flour.
Cooking. Quench the baking soda with vinegar. Melt margarine in a water bath. Beat eggs with sugar, kefir, margarine (by the way, instead of kefir, you can take Snowball, yogurt or fermented baked milk - with sugary drinks, the taste of baking is more delicate). Add salt, quenched soda, flour to the resulting mixture (you need so much flour to make the adze like a pancake). Pour the dough into a greased margarine mold and bake at 200 degrees Celsius.
To diversify these pastries, you can add raisins or other dried fruits (for example, prunes or dried apricots, cut into pieces) to the dough, as well as candied orange or lemon fruits, a variety of nuts (walnuts, peanuts). If you want to add the nuts, crush them to your liking before adding them to the dough.
Before serving, sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar or cocoa and sugar.
Helpful Hint: This cupcake can be used as a base for a cake. After baking, cut it lengthwise into two cakes and spread with any cream.
