  • - 600 grams of premium or first grade flour;
  • - two cups;

  • - a frying pan with thick sides and bottom.

Step 1

So let's take a look at how to bake homemade bread in the oven correctly and quickly. Start with a not too large enamel or plastic cup. Pour some warm water into it.

Add salt, sugar and yeast to the water. Mix everything well. Stir until the ingredients are completely dissolved. Once this happens, pour the sunflower oil into a cup and pour the rest of the water into it. Mix everything well again.

To bake delicious and soft homemade bread in the oven, be sure to first sift the flour through a sieve 1-2 times. Next, pour it into the solution prepared in the previous step of sugar, salt, oil and yeast. Start kneading the dough.

Stir the ingredients with a spoon first. Then brush your hands with flour and start kneading the dough right in the cup. Remember that additional flour can be added to the future bread only if the dough sticks to your hands. In the end, the dough should be quite elastic and still very soft.

Cover the dough bowl with a thick cloth and let it sit for about an hour. After this time, take the pan and thoroughly coat its sides and bottom with vegetable oil. Of course, you can bake bread at home in the oven not only in a frying pan. If desired, you can use a special form for this purpose.

Rid the dough that has come up from the air bubbles inside by kneading it a little more. Form future bread out of the dough. To do this, with light movements, wrap its edges over the top inward along the entire circumference. Then grease your hands with butter, take the dough in your hands and turn it upside down. Continue to shape the bread by folding the edges of the dough under the bottom and giving it a round shape.

Place the ball-shaped dough into the pan. The diameter of the finished "ball" should be slightly less than the diameter of the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle the dough with water from a spray bottle and let it sit for another 15 minutes. Then repeat this procedure again.

In total, the bread should be given, thus, 30 minutes. After this time, the diameter of the "ball" will become approximately equal to the diameter of the pan. Sprinkle the dough with a spray bottle again.
