This aromatic, tasty, beautiful dish is found in the cuisines of many nations and enjoys well-deserved popularity. It is quick and easy to prepare, but the result is truly great.
It is necessary
- - 600 g of pork or beef meat;
- - 1 head of onion;
- - 1 large carrot;
- - broth, 1/2 cup;
- - water, 1/2 cup;
- - 1 teaspoon of starch;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of dry white wine;
- - 16 pcs. prunes;
- - vegetable oil for frying;
- - salt, spices, herbs - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Coarsely chop the onions and carrots and fry until golden brown in vegetable oil. Add meat and sauté until golden brown. Pour the broth into the fried meat with onions and carrots and simmer a little.
Step 2
Dissolve the starch in water, pour the mixture into the stew and boil. Add prunes, wine, salt and spices and simmer for another 15-20 minutes.
Step 3
Add greens (dill, parsley, cilantro) to taste before serving.
