Original meat fingers will decorate any table and will please all guests. On the table, the dish is served surrounded by herbs and thinly chopped vegetables, or as a canapé, if you combine fingers with cucumber and tomato cubes.
It is necessary
- - veal (600 g);
- - prunes (100 g);
- - milk (1 glass);
- - mayonnaise (150 g);
- - vegetable oil (3 tablespoons);
- - butter (30 g).
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the meat cleaned from films into oblong pieces no more than 1 cm thick.
Step 2
We beat off pieces of meat, salt, pepper and put in milk for one hour.
Step 3
We divide the washed and dried prunes into 2-3 parts, depending on the size of the dried fruit.
Step 4
We take the soaked meat out of the milk and squeeze it slightly. We straighten the pieces on a wooden board.
Step 5
On each slice of meat we spread a piece of prunes and a small thin strip of butter (for juiciness of the finger from the inside). We twist each piece of meat.
Step 6
Fry the fingers in a skillet with vegetable oil for 15-20 minutes, until a crust forms on all sides.
Step 7
Lubricate the baking sheet with butter and spread the meat fingers moistened with mayonnaise on it. We bake in the oven for half an hour.
