A wonderful option for a hearty flaky salad. Walnuts and prunes add a special flavor to this dish.
It is necessary
- - 330 g of beef;
- - 260 g of beets;
- - 90 g onions;
- - 170 g of prunes;
- - 60 g of walnuts;
- - 2 eggs;
- -Bay leaf, salt, pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and dry the beets thoroughly. Then wrap it in foil and bake in an oven preheated to about 190 degrees. Cook it until it becomes soft.
Step 2
Boil water in a saucepan, add salt, allspice, bay leaf, add meat, which should be cooked for about 55 minutes. Then remove the beef on a plate and cool.
Step 3
When the cooked beets and beef have cooled, cut them into small pieces. Rinse and chop the prunes thoroughly. Hard-boiled eggs, cool and peel. Peel the onions. Chop eggs and onion finely.
Step 4
Take a salad bowl and put some of the beets with prunes on its bottom, soak with mayonnaise. Then put eggs, a little onion and a layer of boiled meat, also soak with mayonnaise.
Step 5
Continue to stack the layers in the same order for as long as the ingredients last.
Step 6
When all layers are laid, pour mayonnaise on top of the salad and sprinkle with a small layer of walnuts. Cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator overnight.
