Cooking pizza in a pan is unconventional, but very simple and fast! This recipe is indispensable in the absence of an oven or free time. The dough is prepared with kefir and without mayonnaise. The base is well baked, thin and slightly crispy, and the pizza is delicious!
It is necessary
- - flour - ½ cup;
- - kefir - ¼ glass;
- - salt, sugar - a pinch;
- - soda - ¼ teaspoon;
- - vegetable oil - ½ tablespoon;
- - ketchup -1 tablespoon;
- - sausage - 50 g;
- - tomatoes - 1-2 pcs.
- - hard cheese - 50 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Sift half a cup of flour into a large bowl. Add a pinch of salt and sugar, a quarter teaspoon of baking soda. Mix everything thoroughly. Then, continuing to stir, gradually pour in kefir. The result is a semi-thick mass. Add half a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Mix well with a spoon, then sprinkle flour on the table and hands and knead the dough. It shouldn't be too tight. We leave it on the table, and in the meantime we prepare the filling.
Step 2
We will use sausage and tomatoes for the filling. Any other ingredients of your choice will do. The only thing to remember: in the pan, the pizza filling will have time to warm up well, but not cook. Therefore, the food you put on top must be ready to eat. If these are sausages, then they must be pre-cooked, if mushrooms, then completely fried, etc.
Cut the sausage into small flat slices, the tomatoes into thin slices. Rub the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 3
Roll the dough into a ball, and flatten it with the palm of your hand, roll out a round pizza base 3-5 mm thick. We adjust the diameter of the base to the size of the pan.
Step 4
Place the dough on the bottom of the pan. An ordinary frying pan must first be greased with vegetable oil, a Teflon one is not necessary. We put on medium heat for 3-5 minutes and make sure that the dough does not overcook. When it is browned from below, remove the pan from the stove.
Step 5
Turn the dough over and grease the fried side with ketchup. Next, lay out pieces of sausage and tomatoes in one layer, and sprinkle with cheese on top.
Step 6
Cover the pan with a very tight lid and set on the slowest heat. The cooking time for pizza can be different depending on the characteristics of the plate and the thickness of the bottom. All this time, you need to keep the pizza under the lid so that the filling warms up well and the cheese melts. From time to time we lift the edge of the dough with a spatula and look at its condition so as not to overcook the pizza. Usually pizza is ready in 10-20 minutes.
