To make such a cake, you do not need to mix dough, bake, make complex cream and filling. But it is tasty and looks very cute, and it is done in just 10-15 minutes.
To make a cake without baking, you will need: inexpensive buttery square-shaped cookies (for example, "For tea", "For coffee", "Jubilee" or the like, it is possible with the content of cocoa, coconut) about 100-200 g, sour cream or very thick cream - 1-1.5 cups, sugar to taste, a pinch of vanilla or vanillin.
Cooking the cake. Stir sour cream with sugar, add vanillin. Try the resulting cream, if sugar is not enough for your taste, add. If you have cream, whip it into a strong foam with sugar and vanilla.
Put a layer of cookies on a wide dish, spread it with cream, then put the second layer and again the cream. Make as many layers as you like. Cookies can be laid out in equal-sized layers, or each subsequent layer can be made slightly smaller to form a pyramid.
Sprinkle the resulting cake with cocoa or coconut or chocolate on top. You can use special sugar decorations that are sold for this purpose. It would also be nice to cut into halves and lay a dozen strawberries, grapes, banana slices on top. By the way, one finely crushed liver can be used as a sprinkling.
Put the collected cake in the refrigerator for at least an hour and a half so that the cookies are soaked in the cream.
Helpful Hint: Try putting thin banana slices between the biscuit layers, along with the cream. This option also turns out to be very tasty. If you love nuts, use them to decorate this cake too.
