Step 1

Mix margarine with sugar. It is advisable to remove the margarine from the refrigerator in advance so that by this time it becomes soft. Put 200 g of margarine in a bowl, add 2 cups of sugar and mix thoroughly, rubbing with a spoon until smooth. The mass should turn white. In a separate glass, mix, without beating, the egg and milk. Pour into margarine mass and mix everything until smooth.
