Boiled sausage has long become a very popular food product among the population, however, modern production technologies have changed the taste of "boiled sausage" beyond recognition. A huge number of artificial additives, dyes, flavor enhancers have made boiled sausage even dangerous to health. It turns out that you can easily make homemade boiled sausage, which is a great alternative to a store-bought product.

To make boiled sausage at home, you will need:
- 400 grams of chicken breast;
- 200 milliliters of cream of any fat content;
- 150 grams of ham;
- 2 egg whites;
- 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika;
- 0.5 teaspoon of hot paprika;
- 1 teaspoon of salt;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 0.5 teaspoon of cumin;
- 0.5 teaspoon of ground black pepper;
- twine or thread;
- food parchment.
Cooking method
Place all ingredients except ham in a blender bowl and stir until smooth.
Cut the ham into small (about 0.5 cm) cubes. Add the ham to the bulk and mix thoroughly.
Put the resulting mass on a sheet of parchment, roll it up in the shape of a sausage and twist it very tightly with twine or threads.
Place the sausage in a saucepan and cover with water so that it completely covers it. Cook the sausage for about 30 minutes. Then take it out and cool on a wire rack.
Now put it in the refrigerator for 12 hours. The homemade cooked sausage is now ready to eat.

If you don't have parchment, you can make homemade boiled sausage in a regular plastic bottle by cutting the neck off.
