You can use homemade noodles not only right after cutting them. Sliced and dried noodles can be stored for a long time in a plastic or glass container or jar. She is so capable of ennobling any soup that the hostess will no longer want to use ordinary pasta from the shops.

So, in order to make delicious homemade noodles, you need the following ingredients:

- one egg;

- wheat flour;

- salt to taste.

To begin with, an egg is taken and broken into a deep and wide container. About half a glass of sifted wheat flour is poured right here and everything is mixed well at first with a spoon. The result should be a not very thick dough that sticks to the spoon. In this dough, gradually add the rest of the sifted flour in small portions until the dough can be kneaded with your hands and it does not stick to them.

If homemade noodles are made from homemade eggs, then in finished form they will have a beautiful yellow tint, which will make the dish even more appetizing.

After that, you need to carefully knead the resulting dough in order to achieve its uniformity and roll it into a thin layer. To do this, the table is sprinkled with flour and a cake is laid out on it, which is rolled into a thin sheet, one or one and a half millimeters thick using a rolling pin.

Next, the resulting pancake is cut into wide strips, which in turn are cut into thin noodles. The finished noodles should dry out. To do this, you need to take a baking sheet, sprinkle it with flour and distribute thinly sliced noodles over it. The drying process can take place in the kitchen or in the oven with ventilation mode, without heating. Noodles made from one egg can make 4 servings of soup.

So that the noodles do not boil during the cooking process, you should not boil them for a long time on the fire, it is enough to turn off the heat after boiling and cover the pan with a lid. Such noodles will turn out to be dense and tasty.

To make chicken soup with homemade noodles, the first step is to boil the chicken stock. After the broth is ready, you need to take the required amount of liquid and add salt to it to taste, however, you should not forget that it is very easy to oversalt the chicken broth, so you need to be careful with salt. Now it remains to throw the noodles into the water and cook it for 10 minutes. If only eggs were used in the preparation of noodles without adding water, the finished noodles will never boil over. Chicken pieces and finely chopped greens can be added to the finished soup.
