Cottage cheese dishes are not only healthy, but also very tasty. Make a simple and delicious casserole really, really fast!
For many of us, cottage cheese casserole is not only a healthy and tasty dessert, but also a symbol of childhood.
For a simple curd casserole, you will need:
0.5 kg of cottage cheese, half a glass of milk or cream, 3 eggs, 100 g of sugar, 50 g of butter, 4 tablespoons of flour (flour can be replaced with semolina if desired).
Cooking curd casserole:
Pour milk into the curd and stir well. If the curd is harsh, it is better to first rub it through a sieve or use a crush to mash it.
Beat the eggs lightly with sugar and add to the curd mass. Add the butter melted in a water bath, flour there and mix everything well again.
Transfer the resulting mass to a baking dish and put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake until golden brown (about 45-55 minutes).
Serve hot or cold. I recommend pouring sour cream over the hot casserole and sprinkle with sugar (or cinnamon), and the cool one with jam.
Helpful hint: You can also add raisins to the casserole (do not forget to rinse it) or use curd cheese with raisins. Instead of raisins, you can take other dried fruits, for example, dried apricots, but you will have to cut them smaller. And you can also decorate the curd casserole with canned fruits, jelly, and light cream.
