Three different fillings will diversify the taste of the dough. Fish and mushrooms will create the perfect backdrop for a rice roast.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 1 kg of flour;
- - 300 ml of warm water;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil;
- - 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar;
- - 1 teaspoon of salt;
- - 30 g dry yeast.
- For filling:
- - 500 g of fish fillets;
- - onion head;
- - 100 g of dried porcini mushrooms;
- - 100 g of rice;
- - 2 carrots;
- - 10 g green onions;
- - 10 g of parsley;
- - salt and black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare yeast in a small bowl: sprinkle a pinch of sugar on top of it and add some lukewarm water. Wait for the yeast to come up.
Step 2
Sift 500 g flour into a large bowl, add warm water and the yeast that has come up. Knead the dough, cover the bowl with a towel. Place in a warm place. It should fit.
Step 3
Make the first layer of the filling. Cut the green onions and parsley into small slices. Fry the fish fillets, add chopped herbs.
Step 4
Second layer of filling: boil dried mushrooms, cut them into small pieces. Chop the onions. Fry the mushrooms and half the onions in a hot skillet.
Step 5
Third layer of filling: boil rice in salted water. Chop the carrots finely. Heat a frying pan and add oil, fry the other half of the onion with carrots and rice.
Step 6
After the dough has risen, add salt, sugar and sunflower oil. The other half of the flour and knead the dough. It is necessary that it does not stick to your hands. Place the dough in the bowl again so that it comes up a second time.
Step 7
Roll out the matched dough in 2 circles. Take a deep mold and place the dough there. Lay the first layer of filling on top of the dough, then the second and third (do not mix). Cover the top with a second round of dough and blind the edges. Bake in the oven at 160 degrees until golden brown.
