Salmon baked with cream

Turn on the oven. While it is warming up, rinse the salmon steaks, put them in a deep baking sheet. Pour heavy cream on the side (not on top!) So that the pieces of fish protrude by half. Place a couple of thin slices of lemon on each piece of salmon. Now place the baking sheet in the oven for about half an hour.

Salmon in white wine
