It is necessary
- For three servings:
- - chicken broth - 450 ml;
- - coconut milk - 450 ml;
- - champignons - 8 pieces;
- - chicken breasts - 2 pieces;
- - one carrot;
- - ginger;
- - lemon grass - 4 stems;
- - sugar, fish sauce, chili pepper, paprika, black pepper - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour coconut milk and chicken broth into a saucepan, bring to a boil.
Step 2
Add chopped carrots and chopped ginger. Then send chili pepper, lemongrass. Cook for ten minutes.
Step 3
Cut the chicken fillet and mushrooms, add to the boiling soup. Cook together for eight minutes.
Step 4
Pour a spoonful of fish sauce into the soup, add sugar and spices, cook for three minutes, stirring occasionally. Coconut soup is ready, pour into bowls and serve!
