It is necessary

  • For eight servings:
  • - 500 g salmon;
  • - 400 ml of coconut milk;
  • - 330 ml of fish broth;
  • - 150 g of noodles;
  • - 2 cloves of garlic;
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of cilantro;
  • - 2 tbsp. curry spoons;
  • - 10 g of ginger;
  • - 1 chili pepper;
  • - 2 onions;
  • - 1 tbsp. spoon of olive oil.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel chili peppers from seeds, rinse, chop finely with ginger and garlic.

Step 2

Cut the onions into thin rings and fry in olive oil. Add pepper, ginger and garlic. Season with curry paste and simmer for a few minutes.

Step 3

Pour coconut milk, fish broth to the onion. Bring to a boil.

Step 4

Cut salmon fillets into cubes, put in soup, bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes until the salmon is tender. Add chopped cilantro and salt.

Step 5
