To surprise the household with an unusual and very tasty dish, you can cook soup with cauliflower. Coconut milk will add exotic notes to the dish, from the aroma of which no one can resist.
It is necessary
- - a small head of cauliflower;
- - 4 tablespoons of butter;
- - 2 carrots;
- - 1 stalk of celery;
- - 1 bay leaf;
- - 30 g flour;
- - 1 liter of vegetable or chicken broth;
- - 240 ml of coconut milk;
- - a tablespoon of parsley for decoration (fresh or dried);
- - 120 ml sour cream (optional);
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the onion, finely chop the carrots and celery, and cut the cauliflower into small pieces.
Step 2
In a saucepan with a thick bottom, heat the butter over medium heat. Simmer the onion on it for 7-8 minutes, stirring from time to time. Add carrots and celery, simmer for another 5 minutes.
Step 3
Put the cauliflower and bay leaf in a saucepan, leave for 10 minutes, stirring vegetables from time to time. Pour in the flour, mix the vegetables thoroughly, simmer for another 1-2 minutes.
Step 4
Pour in the broth, mix the ingredients and leave to cook for 15-20 minutes under a closed lid.
Step 5
Finally, pour in coconut milk and add sour cream, salt to taste.
