- - 2 chicken breasts;
- - 2 carrots;
- - a stalk of leeks;
- - a can of coconut milk;
- - peach;
- - 8 mushrooms;
- - olive oil;

Step 1
Chop the leek and carrots as finely as possible. Fry in olive oil. As soon as the vegetables turn golden, send the chicken into the pan, cut into medium-sized pieces.
Step 2
Cut the mushrooms into plastics and add to the chicken and vegetables. Salt, pepper and add spices to taste, such as a pinch of cayenne pepper, to make the soup a little spicy, which makes it more savory. You can add a little ground cinnamon or nutmeg for flavor.
Step 3
When the chicken is almost ready, add the peeled and medium-sized peach to the pan. Pour in coconut milk, gently mix all the ingredients, cook the soup for 10 minutes.
