Chicken in coconut milk turns out to be very appetizing. The meat becomes juicy and tender. This dish is perfect for a family dinner.
It is necessary
- - chicken fillet 400 g;
- - long vermicelli 250 g;
- - onion 1 pc.;
- - carrots 2 pcs.;
- - olive oil 3 tbsp. spoons;
- - chopped greens 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- For refueling:
- - water 100 ml;
- - coconut milk 200 ml;
- - mushroom broth 200 ml;
- - Eastern spices 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the chicken fillet, pat dry with a paper towel, cut into thin strips. Peel and wash onions and carrots. Cut the onion into thin slices, the carrots into slices.
Step 2
Combine water, coconut milk and mushroom broth. Add oriental spices and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of salt. Mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Fry the chicken on it until golden brown. Transfer the meat to a separate plate. In the same oil, fry the onions and carrots for 5-6 minutes over low heat.
Step 4
Put the fried pieces of meat in the pan. Top with noodles. Pour the prepared sauce. Bring to a boil. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Then cover with a lid, leave on the switched off stove for 15-20 minutes. Serve the chicken with noodles, garnish with sprigs of herbs.
